Toshiba Awarded Prestigious Title Based On Annual Dealer Survey Results

Toshiba America Business Solutions Inc. (TABS) today proudly announced it has earned recognition as “Manufacturer of the Year” for the seventh time in 10 years by Marketing Research Consultants, Inc. (MRC), a Hamburg, New Jersey-based consulting firm. Based on results from MRC’s 22nd Annual Dealer Survey, TABS was voted the top manufacturer by “providing excellent customer support with a highly competitive product line.” A total of 274 dealers from across the country participated in the 2007 survey.

“One of the most valuable lessons we’ve learned in our 22 years of conducting ‘Dealer Surveys’ is that customers are the final arbiters in establishing the criteria for excellence,” said Frank G. Cannata, president, Marketing Research Consultants, Inc. “The dealers who responded to our most recent effort have established, once and for all, that Toshiba is clearly the dealers’ choice.”

The “Manufacturer of the Year” award is bestowed to the company which presents a highly competitive line of products in innovation, reliability and pricing, but also has excelled in providing excellent communications, marketing and technical support. TABS first won this honor in 1997, then again in 1998, 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2005. TABS will officially receive the 2007 award on June 26 at MRC’s Annual Dealer Awards Program at Nanina’s in the Park in Belleville, N.J.
